Puf Panel
Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels are sandwich panels made of polyurethane foam sandwiched between metal sheets. The metal sheets can be aluminum, pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGS), or pre-coated galvanized iron (PCGI). PUF panels are available in different sizes and thicknesses, typically 50–200 mm thick, 1000–1700 mm wide, and 1200–6000 mm long.
PUF panels are used in many construction projects because of their many advantages, including:
Durability: PUF panels are lightweight and durable, making them easy to transport. With weather shield products and edge protect technology, they can last up to 20–30 years.
Heat and sound resistance: PUF panels are good heat insulators, protecting the inner environment from sunlight and ambient heat. They can also retain heat to keep a structure warm.
Water resistance: PUF panels can be made watertight with specialized sealants and tapes, waterproof coatings, and weatherproofing measures.
Following projects often prioritize the installation of PU panels
Clean room
Portable cabins are customized into clean rooms, providing a controlled environment for sensitive operations like manufacturing, research, or healthcare, ensuring minimal contamination.
Cold storage
Portable cabins are adapted as cold storage units, maintaining low temperatures for the preservation of perishable goods, pharmaceuticals, or other temperature-sensitive products.
